HOW TO CELEBRATE DEPRESSION
This is in no way making fun of depression and mental health or taking it very lightly. Its just something i wanted to share from my recent experience.
1) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The biggest part and the most important part of celebrating yourself and celebrating whatever is happening to you is acknowledging it first. People are never gonna understand why you feel what you feel. They are going to label you "weak", "negative", "dumb" they will make you feel there might me something wrong with you. But that's the time when you step back, and analyse your own self and say to yourself that "You are what You are and there is nothing wrong to it, you might be feeling different from you regular self but it is still You and You are going to Love Yourself."2) LET IT GO
The second thing to do is to Let Go, let go of the fact that this is wrong, that you need a shoulder and you need a friend. This is gonna be really hard but its all worth it a little effort of accepting your current state. Feel the emotions as they are completely, and then when you have felt in your chest LET IT GO.3) NEVER GIVE UP
The last thing to accept yourself and accept your mental health and celebrate it and smile with it is to Never give up. It is tough and cliche, everyone tells you the same thing not to give up but i know its very tough not to give up when you don't have any energy or strength to hold on. But somewhere in the back of your mind you need to have a little ray of hope and sunshine that you are going to fight for you and for no one else but only for yourself. and let me tell you an honest truth You have to accept the fact that its only you who can fight for yourself because everyone is too busy in their own world and Its you, and its you who is not going to Give Up and Smile.
I KNOW YOU ARE STRONG AND I BELIEVE IN YOU
